Meet Kayla Bartel - Your Human Resources Expert

As a Certified HR Professional with almost 15 years of corporate experience and consulting for PEO clients; striking out on my own was always a dream. I learned so much through my career in the Corporate world, the most important being that relationships are everything. Building long lasting relationships with my clients is what I love most about what I do. 


It’s incredibly rewarding to join an organization as a consultant to guide you through a difficult situation and then to become a trusted partner to come alongside and grow your business. To see the company succeed and the employees flourish is my passion. 


I strive to always provide access to reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy HR Consulting anywhere in the U.S. As a virtual HR Consultant I am able utilize technology to implement HR programs and solutions for our clients whether in the same city or miles apart. 

Meet Robert Harper - Your Operations Expert

Strategic Planning and Operational efficiencies drive me in my work. As a Divisional Vice President of a large healthcare organization for over 15 years, adapting to change doesn’t make the grade; leading change is required to succeed. 


I work with small start-ups to get their operations off the ground and headed in the right direction. Our clients often bring their passion with brilliant ideas, but need assistance getting setting those ideas into motion. I am able to assist with business planning and business development while aligning their human capital strategy. 


I work to assess and mitigate financial risks with their operational investments and determine the best strategy for smart growth.. In addition to working with start-ups, I often consult with larger organizations who find themselves stalled. Providing a fresh perspective and conducting an analysis of operational inefficiencies to determine where resources are potentially being wasted. This allows internal decisions makers to make breakthroughs in their organizations and move forward into areas of growth they couldn’t reach before.

Andrea Pantoja - Sr. HR Consultant

Andrea Pantoja has been a certified human resources professional for over 12 years with experience working with start-ups, non-profits, and government employers. Andrea has an undergraduate degree Industrial Psychology and a Master’s in Business Administration. Andrea is well versed in many areas of human resources to include HR Compliance, performance management, recruiting, policy and handbook creation, HRIS systems, payroll, and employee relations.

Jamie Idriss - Operations and HR Assistant

Jamie has a passion for helping people. In 2006, Jamie graduated from Saint Louis University with a Master of Physical Therapy degree. While practicing physical therapy in a level-one trauma center, Jamie earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree and certificates in the specialty area of geriatrics. During her career in the hospital setting, she began working in leadership positions and was responsible for numerous interdisciplinary areas.

Due to the changing healthcare environment, Jamie decided to go back to school to become more rounded in areas of business, and graduated in December with an MBA. Jamie is passionate about finding the right talent for clients and finding ways to get and keep employees engaged. In her free time, Jamie enjoys baking, hiking, running, and quilting. She lives outside of Phoenix with her husband and 3 children, along with her dog Charlie and 5 chickens.

Victoria Rehbein - Recruiter

With an urge to help people her entire life she has walked many different journeys. In 2017, Victoria graduated with a Bachelors in Psychology. While working in hospital settings, she experienced negative HR interactions and knew there was a need to bring that personal feel back in the HR community. She completed her Masters in HR Management and loves being able to find job matches for applicants. In her spare-time she is outdoors with her husband, kids, and dog. You can catch them inshore fishing, biking, snowboarding, playing soccer and lacrosse, or working out together.

Dee Baldus - Recruiter

Dee is our all around Troubleshooter. With over 30 years experience in customer service, call center management, inside sales and cold calling, she can come in and quickly assess the potential growth areas in your company. Her expert eye allows her to streamline processes, scripts and procedures to allow the current teams to grow and flourish. Affecting your bottom line! She has a keen eye and is laser focused on how to get the most out of a team. Coming in to teach your team how to duplicate her success, setting them up to keep you growing. 
Dee lives in Los Angeles with her sweet little dog and has a variety of hobbies. She is known to adopt the old and the infirm dogs and offer them hospice for their final years.

Jennifer Zamora - Recruiter

Jennifer is passionate about helping others, and through recruiting, she’s able to communicate with people from all walks of life and provide opportunities that can make impactful changes. Jennifer received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Master of Science degree in Human Resources. Jennifer’s priority as a recruiter is finding talent that’s the best cultural fit for organizations. In her spare time, she enjoys baking and reading.
